I offer depth psychotherapy in Abingdon and Oxford.
I began this work in 2018 and draw on over 10 years personal experience of helping people in difficulty, my own journey through therapy, and my experience of practising and teaching meditation.
I am accredited by the National Counselling Society, and hold a masters degree in Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy
I am helped in my work by a senior supervising psychotherapist, and by the clinical team at the Karuna Institute.
I am also working towards full accreditation with the UKCP where I’m currently registered as a psychotherapist in training. I abide by the UKCP Code of Professional Conduct and Ethical Principles.
I carry full professional indemnity insurance and as part of complying with data protection law I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
I have also had an engaging career in technology where I’ve managed teams and provided technical expertise across various sectors, including commerce, finance, education, and charity.
