Member No: NCS21-01972

Location: London

I am a qualified and Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and a Psychologist. I have been a practicing psychotherapist in London and online since 2010. I have worked privately and in services with adults dealing with a wide range of difficulties. I specialise in working with individuals affected by domestic violence, abuse, and trauma, and with the LGBTQI+ community.

I also work with same-sex and opposite-sex couples and people in poly/various relationship configurations facing relationship issues.

My practice is trauma-informed, queer and trans affirmative, and inclusive of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, ages, disabilities, and religious beliefs. I endeavour to understand and acknowledge how intersecting identities affect our lives, our relationships, and our sense of self as human beings.

I aim to co-create with you a confidential and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship, in which you are accepted and facilitated to explore the causes of your distress. During therapy, you have the opportunity to find answers to fundamental questions: Do you know who you are? Do you understand what’s happened to you? What do you want to change?

As individuals, we tend to make healthy choices when we understand ourselves and our environment better. I offer a safe and confidential space, in which we will work together to explore your difficulties and causes of distress, and to understand what you need in order to recover and move towards developing the kind of life and relationships you want.
