I am a person-centred, integrative therapist, meaning that I emphasize empathic, attuned listening whilst also being able to draw on knowledge bases such as mindfulness; managing trauma; managing anxiety and depression; processing grief; stress in the workplace; low self-worth and a lack of direction in life. I can also help with growing through creative expression; how to set manageable goals and be able to look forward to the future.

I was a computer programmer in my first line of work, then an office administrator whilst raising my family. Over the years, I have moved from a science-based orientation to the arts and I have become a practicing artist and developed a spiritual orientation to life. I trained as a counsellor in 2015-2018 at Strode College in Somerset.
