I am a qualified Integrative Therapist, working with young people and adults, from my comfortable practise room in central Dartington, Devon. I also work on telephone and Zoom.

Clients come to me with a variety of issues and experiences which are preventing them from living their lives as they wish to.

These issues might include; Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Anger, Trauma, Grief, Relationship Issues, Family Issues, Divorce, Phobias, Bereavement of a Person or Pet, Low Self-Esteem, Negative Thoughts, Feelings of Loneliness, Job and Retirement Issues, Feeling Stuck, Coping with Change, Gender, ADHD, Bi-polar and other health issues and diagnosis.

It might be that you feel something just does not feel right but it is difficult to put your finger on what it is.

Although my name is Christina, most people call me Tina. I have always wanted to support others to overcome hardship in their lives, however that presents, and so have worked for over 20 years with both young people and adults in mostly a solution-based way.

This work has included working with clients with a variety of issues to include special needs, offering my support via group work and one-to-one meetings, helping my clients to identify and reach their goals by addressing the obstacles that might hold them back.
