My approach is warm and caring, to encourage a building of trust and rapport. You can bring your challenges to the sessions and talk openly about what’s happening to you. We can explore your feelings, beliefs and behaviours and cultivate strategies for change. With my experience and genuine desire to help, I can provide reflection and feedback into those areas which are difficult to navigate by oneself.

I have supported adults, of all ages, with feelings of low self-esteem, disconnection in relationships, new parenting worries, gender transition, miscarriage, co-dependency, grief, loss of personal agency, menopausal concerns and more.

I’m based in Totnes, charge £40 an hour and currently have availability for short or long term work.

• Qualifications & Experience

  Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling 2009-2011
  A lot of continuing professional development over the years, too much to list here, but for example, in pluralistic therapy, Internal family systems, workshops in particular areas, such as anxiety and depression, Buddhist Psychology, and existential therapy.
