I am an experienced psychotherapist/counsellor specialising in anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, PTSD and CPTSD, bereavement and loss, and relationship issues. I have extensive experience of working within men’s mental health, in particularly around historic sexual abuse and it’s effects. Whilst specialising in these areas, I also have experience in other non-specific difficulties that people face. Each of the people I work with has their own life experiences and their own individual, unique difficulties, all of which are as important as those which I have listed.

I work within and adhere to the NCS Ethical Code of Practice, in a humanistic, person-centred way. I offer a non-judgemental, safe place to explore and make sense of your difficulties, in a calm and unhurried environment.

The type of therapy that I work with puts you at the centre of your experience and enables you to find your own way. I will help you to heal from your pain and enable you to move forward to where you want to be in your life whilst supporting you through every step of your journey and enabling you to become the person that you want to be.
