Would you like to feel more confident in your life? Maybe you’d like to understand yourself and your relationships better and learn how to manage your emotions. Or maybe just to feel like you can be yourself more of the time? These are just some of things that I can help you with. As a fully qualified and insured counsellor working with adults and teens (online or in-person near Ashford/Canterbury) I aim to make the experience of counselling as comfortable as possible for you, offering you a safe and welcoming space whilst helping you find coping strategies and insights to help you gain clarity in your life.

I and my team specialise in counselling for neurodivergence (autism/ADHD etc). As a neurodivergent therapist myself, and a parent of autistic & ADHD children, I believe that my flexible, bespoke approach will help you feel safe and empowered. This combined with my additional training and knowledge of autism and ADHD helps provide a validating & affirming experience.

I believe it's most important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor so I offer a free 15 minute phone or online chat to see if you think I'm the right fit for you or your loved one.

I also offer Parent support sessions for parents of neurodivergent teens who would like some support and guidance - see website for details. I also provide clinical supervision and therapist support specifically for neurodivergent therapists.
