I provide confidential and supportive counselling where you can discuss and explore your personal issues, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, choices and behaviours without fear of judgement.
My service is available to everyone who is looking to achieve way to cope with the problems. I offer a safe and welcoming space where you and your experience will be treated respectfully. My counselling service is also available in both short and long-term to clients that need help with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and others.

It can be difficult to begin to talk about problems with someone you don’t know, but you do not need to worry as here you can say as much or as little as you want to. I provide a warm, friendly and professional working environment that you can feel to discuss the difficulties that have led you to look for help.

I have no magic to offer in counselling, but I can ensure to work with you as a team in which I will put you and your issues at the heart of our work. With my working effort, skills and experiences I hope to help you achieve what you are looking to in counselling and hope this can help you to move forward to where you wish to be in life.

The aim of the psychotherapy service I provide is to help you develop effective ways of cope and manage with difficulties in life. With my support I aim to provide you resources that help you learn ways to deal with your problems effectively and independently.

    -BA (hon) Counselling at University of Greenwich

    -BA CBT at Glasgow Caledonian University

    -Diploma Integrative Therapeutic Counselling Lambeth College

    -A Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)

    -Accredited Member of National Counselling Society

    -I have over 6 years’ experience in the school environment, the NHS and the private sector.
