My main areas of speciality are managing stress and anxiety, grief, anger management, self esteem and confidence building, communication within relationships and assisting clients to manage and heal from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) caused by historic sexual abuse and also work with couples.
I have a level 6 counselling degree and have been practicing as a counsellor since graduating in 2013.
Currently I am accepting new clients, in person in Stroud or online, and I look forward to working with you, no matter what internal struggles or outer challenges you are facing at this time.
