I give a free no obligation 20-30 minute phone call for you to ask any questions you might have before having a session.

I offer a reliable and safe space for you to be heard and understood. In therapy we will explore how things are, how you would like them to be and what might be getting in the way of what you most want. I’m a real human being that offers new ways of understanding yourself and your relationships.

  Level 6 Diploma in Pyschotherapeutic Counselling from The Ellesmere Centre in Hull. I am continuing my training and development to become a Level 7 Psychotherapist through the Ellesmere Centre.
