Key Worker CounsellingMates in Mind

With the current pandemic in progress, life for most of us has changed beyond recognition. I am here to help you as you face these changes which may or may not have exacerbated any existing or underlying difficulties you are already experiencing. I am offering reduced rate online and telephone counselling, with further reductions for students and key workers (proof required).
I work in a non-judgemental way helping you to understand your feelings and helping you to find your way to inner peace.
I have worked in caring professions for most of my life, taking up counselling in 2015. My experience in counselling includes working with bereavement and relationship problems for outside organisations and working with a variety of difficulties in a private setting, including illness, depression, anxiety, bereavement, child loss and much more besides.
