I currently provide bereavement and end of life counselling; in these uncertain times with the covid 19 pandemic,there will be many left alone with their grief ... with a background in professional nursing. Trauma grief and loss i am offering counselling to staff in the front line especially staff at home alone with their grief working as a key worker with the NHS,NCS national charity CRUSE and mates in mind
I also provide general counselling for a range of metal health problems including stress, anxiety and depression from my private practice which has temporarily moved online or telephone counselling in line with government guidance regards covid 19
My background is in professional nursing .NHS trained Retraining after a successful NHS career as a psychotherapeutic counsellor several years ago
I am trained as an integrative counsellor ....which means I use different approaches tailored to meet your needs-offering a non judgemental, empahthetic approach
I also offer a counselling and talking therapy service to people living with a long term conditions..and counselling fir carers ..living with a chronic illness like Diabetes, cancer, dementia epilepsy,,MS,Arthritis, asthma copd, heart problems autism to name a few can have a life changing effect on wellbeing..
