My practice is Pathways 2 Enlightenment and it has been a long-term ambition to develop a modern therapeutic practice offering a range of approaches to individual problems and issues.

I have had several years of working experience with people from all walks of life. Equality and diversity have been at the core of my work in teaching, training, recruitment and development and over the last decade I managed a recovery focused service in severe mental health.
I have a down to earth, plain speaking approach and enjoy working with people.

I specialise in trauma, generalised anxiety and bereavement but I am competent in working in many different areas including additional specialist expertise in workplace bullying and employment difficulties.
